For continuous slurry monitoring and control
How it works: A stick with sensors is mounted inside the tank close to the wall. The PLC unit collects the sensor data “Viscosity” and “Temperature” and displays them on a 15” screen. In parallel the PLC actively controls the viscosity by adding binder and distilled water.
This keeps the viscosity stable within a very narrow range. The water-binder ratio can be preselected and linked to each day of the week.
